AnchorChain Technologies s.r.o., a licensed entity registered under Identification Number (IČO) 224 00 605, with its registered office at Kurzova 2222/16, Stodůlky, 155 00 Prague 5, is the official license holder operating under the trading name MetaQuantum Global s.r.o., with a registered office at Vojtěšská 211/6, 110 00, Prague 1 – Nové Město, Identification Number (IČO) 22260617.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", or "User") and MetaQuantum Global s.r.o. ("MetaQuantum", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services provided through our website, platform, and mobile applications, including our exchange, staking, and professional asset management services (collectively, “MetaQuantum Services”).

By accessing or using any part of MetaQuantum Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, including our Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, and any other legally binding documents referenced herein.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

1. Eligibility

To use MetaQuantum Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Not be subject to international sanctions or prohibited lists
  • Not reside in jurisdictions where use of digital assets is prohibited

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion and to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Account Registration

To access most features, you must register for an account. By doing so, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information
  • Complete all required KYC/AML procedures
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and OTPs
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized account use or suspected breach

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these requirements or violate our policies.

3 Services Offered

a. Exchange Services

You may use our exchange to trade supported digital assets. Features include:

  • Spot trading and conversions
  • Fiat on/off-ramps (where supported)
  • Wallet access with cold storage security

b. Staking Services

Earn rewards on eligible digital assets by participating in flexible or locked staking programs. Rewards vary based on asset and lock-in period and are not guaranteed.

c. Professional Asset Management

Eligible users may engage in portfolio management services provided by certified MetaQuantum traders. Key terms:

  • Performance-based fees (20% of profits, no fixed fee)
  • Risk-adjusted trading strategies
  • Monthly or on-request reporting
  • Client retains ownership of funds at all times
  • Subject to separate agreement and KYC onboarding

4. AI Trading Algorithm Service

a. Scope and Eligibility

Clients may elect to access the AI trading algorithm service (the “AI Service”), which is limited exclusively to trading in Bitcoin. Use of the AI Service is optional, subject to onboarding, technical integration, and any additional eligibility requirements we may impose. By activating the AI Service, you agree that these Terms and the Risk Disclosure apply in full, together with the additional provisions set out in this Section.

b. No Guarantee of Performance

The AI Service relies on machine learning models, historical and real-time data inputs, and automated execution. While designed to assist in trade decision-making, the AI Service does not guarantee accuracy, profitability, or avoidance of loss. Past performance, back-tests, or simulations are not indicative of future results. You understand that the use of the AI Service may lead to partial or total loss of your invested capital.

c. Additional Risks

Without limiting Section [Risk Disclosure cross-reference], you acknowledge that the AI Service is subject to material risks, including but not limited to:

  • Market volatility and illiquidity
  • Delays, interruptions, or failures of systems, APIs, or connectivity
  • Data inaccuracy or manipulation
  • Unexpected algorithmic behaviour
  • Cyber-attacks or security breaches
  • Regulatory or legal developments restricting or prohibiting the service

d. Client Responsibility

You remain solely responsible for monitoring your account, positions, and risk exposure. The AI Service is a tool and does not replace your independent judgment or the need for professional financial, legal, or tax advice. You agree that you will not hold us liable for decisions made or trades executed through the AI Service, except as may be required under applicable law.

e. Modification and Suspension

We may amend, suspend, or discontinue the AI Service at any time without prior notice, including for regulatory, security, or technical reasons. Such suspension or discontinuation shall not affect your outstanding obligations under these Terms.

5. Trading Fees

Our platform applies transparent fees, including:

  • Maker and taker fees for exchange transactions
  • Staking service fees (if applicable)
  • Withdrawal and conversion fees

A current fee schedule is always available on our website. We reserve the right to update fees and will notify users where required.

6. Professional Asset Management

We offer risk-adjusted portfolio services under discretionary mandates for qualified users.

Key Terms:

  • Performance Fee: 20% of trading profits (monthly or quarterly)
  • Management Fee: 3% of total portfolio value (monthly)
  • Client Custody: You remain the legal owner of all assets
  • Strategy: Tailored to the agreed risk level and growth objectives
  • Reporting: Monthly summary and on-demand performance tracking

This service is not investment advisory or collective fund management under Czech or EU law.

7. Risk Acknowledgment

You understand that:

  • Digital assets are volatile and carry a high level of risk
  • MetaQuantum does not guarantee profits or returns
  • All investments and trades are at your own risk

8. No Investment Advice

MetaQuantum does not provide financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. Communications from MetaQuantum or its agents are for informational purposes only. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult an independent advisor if needed.

9. User Obligations

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Engage in fraud, abuse, or market manipulation
  • Misuse or exploit system vulnerabilities
  • Use our services for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity

Violations may result in account suspension or legal reporting to authorities.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, software, content, logos, and branding displayed on the MetaQuantum platform are the property of MetaQuantum or its licensors. You may not copy, use, or distribute any of this material without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetaQuantum will not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Trading losses or failed transactions
  • Unforeseen outages, delays, or service disruptions
  • Losses due to third-party misconduct or cyberattacks

Our total liability is limited to the amount of fees you have paid in the last 6 months.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Terminate or suspend your account for any violation of these Terms or applicable law
  • Freeze assets if required by regulators or law enforcement
  • Refuse service to users engaged in prohibited conduct

You may also close your account at any time, subject to withdrawal and compliance reviews.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes shall be resolved by the Municipal Court in Praha, unless the parties agree to arbitration.

14. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on our website with the revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

15. Registration Bonus

a. Eligibility

New users who successfully register are eligible for a promotional bonus equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the first deposit, subject to a maximum bonus credit of one thousand pounds sterling (GBP £1,000).

b. Bonus Credit Funding and Usage

  • Bonus credits will be automatically applied to the user's account once the qualifying deposit is verified.
  • Bonus USDT can be used exclusively for trading within the platform.
  • The bonus amount cannot be transferred or converted to other digital assets before meeting withdrawal conditions.

c. Bonus Withdrawal Conditions

  • Bonus credits become eligible for withdrawal only after the account has been active and trading continuously for at least 3 months from the date the bonus credit was awarded.
  • The user must not have violated any terms of service during this period.

d. Limitations

  • The registration bonus is limited to one per user, household, or IP address.
  • The use of duplicate accounts or any form of manipulation to claim multiple bonuses may result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonuses.

e. Modifications and Termination

  • The exchange reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Participation in the bonus offer constitutes acceptance of these terms.
